National Elections Commission Communications Director has dismissed as untrue, a report of pre-marked ballot papers in the Tuesday Run-off Presidential polls.

Henry Flomo termed the report as a propaganda intended to unjustly discredit the Commission. Flomo is urging Liberians not to give credence to such report. The Elections Coordinating Committee-ECC is calling on the National Elections Commission launch an immediate investigation into allegation of pre-marked ballot papers in the December 26 Presidential Run-off Election.

The ECC pointed out that though it did not receive said report from its observers deployed across the country, it wants the NEC make public findings from said investigation. The mass trucking of Liberians from one county to another during the October 10 presidential and Representative elections, is said to have negatively impacted the December 26, runoff presidential election.
